THE GRAIL CONSPIRACIES
The Grail: Not what we think it is. Not where we've been looking. The most powerful force ever known . . . a dormant power within the human mind that can direct and focus energies from other dimensions!
In cities around the world, flash-mobs composed of an “army” of angry, rootless kids riot nightly in what they term “pre-celebrations” of the up-coming concert of Twisted Messiah, an international rock group with nihilistic neo-Nazi overtones, and a rumored worldwide political agenda.
An e-mail arrives, offering “the truth” about what happened to your uncle, an OSS agent missing since D-Day, 1944. Your family has long been convinced there was a government cover-up of where and why he died.
Following up that e-mail, you go to the old French port of La Rochelle, where Paul was last seen. The promised contact doesn’t show, but you learn that he may have uncovered what was “perhaps the most powerful force or weapon ever known. Or perhaps even the Holy Grail,” (which they tell you) “is a coded reference to the highest human potential.”
In London, a man flashing apparent CIA credentials advises you to back off your search for information on your uncle, implying that the “chatter” picked up from a “certain terrorist group” (clearly Twisted Messiah), indicates they are also on the trail of Paul Tapscott and what he turned up . . . and hence on your trail, as well. “You are swimming in a sea of sharks.”

This third edition of SELLING 101 is a revised and refocused look at the practical how-to, taking the user through the process of finding viable prospects; working with gatekeepers and screens; getting appointments; making face to face sales calls; using a consultative selling approach to build the prospect's awareness of needs, and how your product or service will best fill those needs; handling objections and questions; and closing the sale.
SELLING 101 is based on a sales training workshop developed for experienced sales professionals, and covers in significantly more detail than the Survival Guide.
SALES PRESENTATIONS AND DEMONSTRATIONS: Self-Instructional Handbook
This focuses on the practical how-to of presenting or demonstrating in front of the prospect, as well as the very important matter of reading (and sending) non-verbal messages.
It also addresses the essential point that demonstrations, presentations, proposals, free-trials, discounts and other special deals are "proof sources," given for a specific, defined purpose, agreed-upon in advance with the prospective buyer. Unless the prospect is willing to make that up-front commitment, then it usually makes little sense for the sales person to proceed.
